- The conclusion and performance of a sales contract, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary to take action before the contract is concluded and to perform the contract. RETENTION: until termination.
- Processing of complaints, claims, applications, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary for the purposes resulting from the legitimate interests of the controller, consisting in taking care of the quality and image of the trader. RETENCE: one year from the submission of the complaint, complaint, application.
- The keeping of accounting and tax records pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation and on the basis of the Accounting Act. RETENTION: 5 full years from the end of a calendar year.
- Recovery on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary for the purposes of the controller's legitimate interest in maintaining financial liquidity. RETENTION: until full settlement.
- Recovery and defence of claims, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR i.e. processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller. RETENTION: 6 years or until the end of any claims.
- Marketing of services/foreign goods (partners), pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller to sell and promote business partners. RETENCE: until the objection is lodged.
3. The Administrator will transfer personal data only to trusted recipients such as the Account Office, with whom he has concluded an agreement to entrust the processing of personal data.
4. As we process your personal data, you have the right to:

- to correct your personal data,
- delete or restrict the processing of your personal data,
- to object to the processing of your personal data,
- transfer of personal data (which are processed on the basis of a contract)

- performance of the employer's obligations arising from the employment relationship and labour law - for 50 or 10 years from the end of the employment relationship, depending on the commencement of work, counting from the end of the calendar year in which the employment relationship was terminated or expired, pursuant to art. 94 item 2 of the Labour Law Act. 9b) Labour Code
- notification of persons to social security - for a period of 5 years from the termination of employment relationship;
- keeping accounting and tax records - for 5 full years from the end of the calendar year;
- the assertion of claims and defence against claims - for a period of 6 years from the end of cooperation.
