In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (4.5.2016 L119/38 Official Journal of the European Union EN), I hereby inform you that:

2. Purposes of processing your personal data and retention:

• The establishment of a commercial relationship, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller. RETENTION: until such time as an effective objection/demand for removal is raised.
• The conclusion and performance of a sales contract, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary to take action before the contract is concluded and to perform the contract. RETENTION: until termination.
• Processing of complaints, claims, applications, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary for the purposes resulting from the legitimate interests of the controller, consisting in taking care of the quality and image of the trader. RETENCE: one year from the submission of the complaint, complaint, application.
• The keeping of accounting and tax records pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation and on the basis of the Accounting Act. RETENTION: 5 full years from the end of a calendar year.
• Recovery on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary for the purposes of the controller's legitimate interest in maintaining financial liquidity. RETENTION: until full settlement.
• Recovery and defence of claims, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR i.e. processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller. RETENTION: 6 years or until the end of any claims.
• Marketing of services/foreign goods (partners), pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller to sell and promote business partners. RETENCE: until the objection is lodged.

3. The Administrator will transfer personal data only to trusted recipients such as the Account Office, with whom he has concluded an agreement to entrust the processing of personal data.

4. As we process your personal data, you have the right to:

• to access their personal data,
• to correct your personal data,
• delete or restrict the processing of your personal data,
• to object to the processing of your personal data,
• transfer of personal data (which are processed on the basis of a contract)
• to file a complaint with the authority (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection)

5. The provision of personal data is voluntary, although it is necessary for the conclusion and performance of an employment contract.

INFORMATION FOR JOB APPLICANTS

In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (4.5.2016 L119/38 Official Journal of the European Union EN), I hereby inform you that:

2. Purposes of processing your personal data:

• The selection of the candidate for the post is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary for the purposes of the controller's legitimate interests.
• To the extent indicated in the labour legislation, under Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, and other voluntary data under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
• We will also process your data (application documents) in subsequent recruitment processes, if you agree, on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, which can be revoked at any time.
• Data may also be processed for the purpose of claiming and defending claims under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller.

3. Your data will be processed/recorded in connection with the recruitment process until the recruitment process is completed and the candidate selected, and for the period of possible claims - up to 6 months. If you agree to use your personal data for future recruitment - up to 12 months or to withdraw your consent.

4. As we process your personal data, you have the right to:

• to access their personal data,
• to correct your personal data,
• delete or restrict the processing of your personal data,
• to object to the processing of your personal data,
• transfers of personal data
• to file a complaint with the authority (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection)

5. The provision of personal data is voluntary, albeit necessary to take part in the recruitment process.

In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (4.5.2016 L119/38 Official Journal of the European Union EN), I hereby inform you that:

• The processing is necessary for the purposes of the communication and handling of correspondence pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR,, i.e. processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller.

• the fulfilment of the employer's obligations arising from the employment relationship, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR - processing is necessary to take action before concluding the contract and perform the contract;
• the performance of the employer's obligations under labour law, pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR - the so-called Labour Code and implementing acts;
• notification of persons to social security, pursuant to Article 6 (c) of the GDPR - processing is necessary to fulfil the legal obligation of the administrator, in connection with the Act on Social Security System;
• keeping accounting and tax records, pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR - processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation, in connection with the Accounting and Other Taxes Act;
• the assertion and defence of claims, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR - processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller.

3. Your data will be processed/recorded in connection with:

• performance of the employer's obligations arising from the employment relationship and labour law - for 50 or 10 years from the end of the employment relationship, depending on the commencement of work, counting from the end of the calendar year in which the employment relationship was terminated or expired, pursuant to art. 94 item 2 of the Labour Law Act. 9b) Labour Code
• notification of persons to social security - for a period of 5 years from the termination of employment relationship;
• keeping accounting and tax records - for 5 full years from the end of the calendar year;
• the assertion of claims and defence against claims - for a period of 6 years from the end of cooperation.

4. The administrator will transfer personal data only to trusted recipients such as the Accounting Office, with whom he has concluded a contract entrusting the processing of personal data.

5. As we process your personal data, you have the right to:

• to access their personal data,
• to correct your personal data,
• delete or restrict the processing of your personal data,
• to object to the processing of your personal data,
• transfer of personal data (which are processed on the basis of a contract)
• to file a complaint with the authority (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection)

RETENTION: until termination.

• The lodging of complaints, grievances and requests, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interest of the controller in ensuring the quality of supplies.

RETENCE: one year from the submission of the complaint, complaint, application.

• The keeping of accounting and tax records pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation and on the basis of the Accounting Act.
